The Registration process for AIxIA 2026 is open.

• At least one author of each paper accepted to the main track, discussion track, or workshop must register for the conference.
• The publication of each paper in the conference proceedings requires that at least one author is registered.
• All attendees must register for the conference; the registration fee depends on the attendee’s status ("student" or "regular").

Student Full and Regular Full Registration Fee: covers the conference, the workshops and access to the proceedings; it includes lunches/coffee breaks for all the days of the conference, the welcome reception, the social excursion and gala dinner. The fee does not include the AIxIA membership.

Student and Regular Registration Fee: covers the conference, the workshops and access to the proceedings; it includes lunches/coffee breaks for all the days of the conference and the welcome reception.The fee does not include AIxIA membership nor the social excursion and the gala dinner.

Student on-site and Regular on-site Registration Fee: covers the conference, the workshops and access to the proceedings; it includes lunches/coffee breaks for all the days of the conference and the welcome reception.The fee does not include the AIxIA membership nor the social events. Tickets for the gala dinner may be not available.

Note: On-site registration will be accepted only with PayPal/credit card payment. We cannot accept bank transfers or cash payments on-site. The availability for the gala dinner for this registration will need to be verified.

• Payments can be made via PayPal/credit card or bank transfer. For bank transfers, the receipt will be issued after the payment has been verified, which may require some days.
• VAT-exempt fiscal receipts for membership or conference registration will be issued in the name of the registered person. No invoices will be issued.
• Collective entities (e.g., universities or companies) can pay for multiple registrations at once by bank transfer. In this case, AIxIA can issue debit notes including all beneficiaries' names, addressed to the ordering entity. Debit notes can be requested by contacting segretario@aixia.it, specifying to whom the debit note should be addressed and what is being ordered (membership type and registration type).
• Even when a collective entity pays via debit note, all beneficiaries are still required to place their own membership/registration order through the website, selecting bank transfer as the payment method, and wait for the ordering entity to complete the transfer.
