About the Conference

The 24th International Conference of the Association for Artificial Intelligence (AIxIA 2026) is organized by AIxIA (Associazione Italiana per l’Intelligenza Artificiale), a non-profit scientific society founded in 1988 and dedicated to the promotion and advancement of Artificial Intelligence. The association aims to increase public awareness of AI, foster education and teaching in the field, and promote scientific research and collaboration within the AI community. This website provides information about the 2026 edition of the conference, which will take place in Perugia in October 6-9. The rapid growth of research and interest in Artificial Intelligence has created the need for specialized communities to meet, exchange ideas, and collaborate on specific topics. Reflecting both the diversity and the vitality of the AI research landscape, AIxIA 2026 will host a series of dedicated workshops that bring together researchers and practitioners focusing on particular areas of AI.

The 2026 edition is hosted by the University of Perugia, located in the historic city of Perugia, in the heart of the Umbria region of central Italy.
